WHO WE ARE?
Soares Accounting & Tax Service, Inc. was established in 1994 by the owner Linda Soares. Linda has
extensive experience in tax services and financial consulting. Her expertise includes tax preparation,
analysis, budgeting and consultant services. Her experience includes a broad range of industries emphasizing in clientele, which includes; plumbers, government contracting companies/engineering,
retail, trucking companies and electricians. We help people stay in compliance with tax laws, assist with
filing taxes, managing bookkeeping and payroll services for small businesses and individuals.
Ms. Soares graduated from Strayer University with a Bachelor's of Science Degree majoring in Accounting.
She has over 15 years of experience working for companies where she developed the skills required to
service the needs of clients.
She is also a member of National Association of Tax Professionals (NATP), National Society of Tax Professionals (NSTP), Virginia Society of Enrolled Agents (VSEA), National Society of Enrolled Agents (NSEA), National Notary Association, American Association of Notaries, Notary Rotary, Notary Café and Soroptimist International of Woodbridge (SIOW).
